Ingredients : 2 eggs, About 2 tablespoons of milk, (optional), Pepper Salt (optional), Shredded cheese (amount depends on
your tastes), Medium sized
pan/skillet.
Utensils
you need : Frying pan, fork, spatula, cheese grater, bowl, plate.
Steps
:
1. Gather your ingredients. This
is pretty straightforwrd.
2. Mix in a bowl the eggs, milk, and if you want a dash of pepper or slat.
3. Butter your pan / skillet on heat.
4. Pour the egg mix onto your pan / skillet.
5. As the top sets, run your spatula around the sides and lift the top slightly to let the uncooked portion flow under it.
6. If you want put some shredded cheese in the mix it self for maximum cheesiness.
7. Let the omelet cook until set, but still shiny.
8. Remove from heat.
9. Sprinkle as much cheese as you want down the middle of the omelet.
10. Fold the omelet in half and put it onto a plate.
